  Once you login you can listen and talk during the session. You don’t need any special account, just use the password provided.
• Please adjust our volume and your speaking volume to a good level and use headphones ideally.
• Please also use the ‘push to talk’ function, then you can use the ‘Shift’ button on your keyboard when you want to talk otherwise we may get some feedback and noise on the session which may disturb the talent.
